As a rare earth permanent magnetic material, Nd-Fe-B has high magnetic energy product, coercive force and high energy density with good mechanical property and t s the stronges permanent magnet in the wrold, so it has been the widely used in modern industry and electronic technology.
We devote ourselves to the research and development of sintered NdFeB magnet since the company’s establishment. With the abundant experiences and stable technical craft, we can produce highly precise and intricately shaped sintered NdFeB magnet with different shape such as block, ring, segment and some other shapes required by customers.
In addition, there are different kind of coatings such as electroplating Zn,NiCuNi,NiSn, phosphate coating,chemical plating coating,electrophoresis epoxy coating can be chose. Magent product with higt Hcj,high (BH) max, low temperature coefficient,low weight loss can be used in different fields such as machinery, video &audio, communication,medical appliance, OA magnetic separator and so on.
Shape and specification:
Nd-Fe-B magnet are mostly non-standard parts. The shape and size of magnet are generally processed according to customer’s requirements, such as segment ,square,cylinder, ring and special shape,The largest size of large-size products can reach to 200mm*200mm*80mm.
The surface treatment:
Nd-Fe-B products are porous sintered materials with poor oxidation resistance. Therefore, the surface treatment is necessary in many occasions.Surface treatment schemes include electroplating, phosphating, teflon coating,electrophoretic epoxy.
The magnetic property:
The main ingredient before the material trademark is the first letter of “Neodymium”, and the latter two digits represent the nominal value of the maximum magnetic energy product of the material, and the following letters of digits” N”,”M”, “H,”SH”,”UH” and”EH”denote, low, medium, high, extra-high, super-high, very high and extremely high magnetization intensity coercive force (when the material trademark is a low coercive force, “N”can not only represent that the material is Nd-Fe-B, but also represent the product is a low coercive force; when the material trademark is the product above medium coercive force, “N”can not only represent that the material of the product is Nd-Fe-B)
